Description
Requirements: Must meet RCB upper division course requirements and 45 semester hours. This course provides a structured approach to better understand how teamwork contributes to organizations, the conditions that make interactions between people and groups highly effective, and how to best put this effectiveness to work. Topics include work teams as a vehicle to improving organizational performance, designing a team-based organization, team organizational models, work team implementation issues, training and developing teams, team building programs, and leadership in a team-based organization.
