Description Requirements: Must meet RCB upper division course requirements and 45 semester hours.In today’s business environment, one of the most valuable client-facing roles is the Strategic Client Relationship Manager. This vital position is responsible for ensuring the long-term revenue, relationship, and retention of valuable key clients. Through this course you will complete learning from The Large Account Management Process and Crucial Conversations. The outcomes from this semester will help you to engage with key stakeholders in an organization and develop winning strategies that will ensure successful client relationships.
