Description Requirements: Must meet RCB upper division course requirements and 45 semester hours.In today’s competitive market, the ability to develop innovative products and build strong brands is crucial for business success. This course equips students with the tools and strategies needed to create, manage, and sustain successful products and brands in dynamic industries. Students will explore the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and market research to design, development, and product launch. Emphasis will be placed on understanding consumer behavior, identifying market trends, and using data to make informed decisions. Additionally, the course delves deep into brand management, covering creating a unique brand identity, positioning, and strategies for maintaining brand equity in the face of competition.
