Description
Successful completion of LTC requires a cadet to meet or exceed the standard in a variety of objective evaluations. At LTC cadets will learn, develop, and practice leadership within a challenging, stressful, and competitive framework. The LTC environment provides cadre an opportunity to evaluate overall officer potential and characteristics such as loyalty, duty, respect, selfless service, honor, integrity, personal courage, and leadership.
