NURS 4600 - Leadership and Management in Nursing

Description
(Critical Thinking Through Writing). Prerequisites: Nurs 3500 or SNHP 3500, NURS 3510, NURS 3610, NURS 3710 and NURS 3810. This course focuses on the transition from the student role to the professional nurse role and the application of principles of leadership and management in health care delivery systems. Emphasis is placed upon the student assuming responsibility for nursing practice decisions and actions. This class has been identified by the Byrdine F.
