Art History Courses

Select two of the following Art History courses (not completed in the Arts, Humanities & Ethics area of the Core IMPACTS or above):

AH 1700 - Western Art from Antiquity to the Middle Ages 3 Credit Hours
AH 1750 - Western Art from the Renaissance to the Present 3 Credit Hours
AH 1850 - Art of the Global South 3 Credit Hours

Major (45 Hours)

In order to graduate, students must have taken the Critical Thinking through Writing (CTW) course required for this concentration (ART 3910 ). This course should be taken at the appropriate time, as described below.

Complete 19-21 credit hours in 2000/4000-level courses from among four different studio disciplines.
Studio Concentration (3000/4000-level, select from one discipline previously studied) 6-8 Credit Hours
Note: 3000/4000-level studio courses vary from three to four credit hours.

Only one 2000-level course is allowed.
