CSC 4040 - Computational Epidemiology II

Prerequisites: CSC 4030 with a C or higher. Students must meet the Computer Science Major Eligibility Requirement in order to enroll in this course.
Description
Spatial analysis, geographic information system (GIS) and computational methods for public health applications including disease mapping, disease clustering and exposure modeling. Location-allocation methods for measuring access to health care services also are discussed. (Same as GEOG 4040.)
