Description
Course Description: Health Coaching II focuses on the application of the fundamentals of coaching and counseling techniques and theories. This course uses mock counseling sessions and role-playing to deepen the student’s counseling and coaching skills to help clients achieve and maintain health and wellness changes. Students must demonstrate three complete practice coaching sessions that effectively apply the coaching structure, the coaching process, health and wellness knowledge, and ethics/legal considerations.
