Description
This course introduces students to the basic parameters of the nonprofit sector including its purpose, scope and roles and explores fundamental aspects of nonprofit policy, governance, management, and resource acquisition. Attention is also given to theories that strive to explain the existence and shape of the nonprofit sector and that underlie approaches to nonprofit management.
