Description
As a part of this mentorship and teacher induction course, candidates must have completed their teacher certification and currently hold a position as a teacher in an urban elementary school. This field-based course is designed to actively support teachers during their first year of teaching using a systematic reflection and responsive mentorship to assist the candidates’ professional development.
