PSYC 8616 - Neurobiology I: Cellular Neurobiology

Prerequisites: Biol 4102 or BIOL 6102 with a B or higher, or equivalent, or consent of instructor.
Description
(Same as BIOL 8010 and NEUR 8010.). The unique cellular and molecular properties of neurons and how these properties allow neurons to perform their computational tasks. Topics include neuronal excitability, synaptic communication, and neural development.
