This course provides learning professionals the skills to design impact evaluations as part of their learning projects and use learning analytic methods to gather, analyze, interpret, and provide conclusions on the effectiveness of learning initiatives on organizational goals. In addition, students completing this course demonstrate the ability to use data visualization and reporting dashboard techniques to report results to organizational stakeholders. (Repeatable).
