EMBA 8430 - Negotiation and Deal Making

Prerequisites: Approval of EMBA director.
Description
This course is designed to help executives become better negotiators by andalyzing and practicing the negotiation strategies and tactics appropriate for different situations. These situations range from straightforward buying and selling to establishing and maintaining long-term agreements with key business partners. Advanced topics such as agent-principal negotiations and multi-party negotiations are also included. The course is a general treatment of negotiation that is useful to executives from a broad range of professions and industries.
