NUTR 6101 - Nutrition Research Methods

Prerequisites: CNHP 6000 or consent of the instructor.
Description
This course provides students with an understanding of research designs/methodologies and statistical procedures commonly used in nutrition research. Students have hands-on experience in critiquing literature, using SPSS to analyze and interpret data, acquiring reference manager skills, and improving biomedical research writing skills.
