Prerequisites: Doctoral student in the Department of Chemistry concentration in Nutritional Sciences program or consent of instructor.
Description
This course is designed to provide doctoral students the opportunity to conduct research in nutrition, food science or laboratory science under the direction of an approved faculty advisor before doctoral candidacy.
