Description
This course is designed to equip students with the necessary knowledge and skills to tackle today’s most pressing environmental challenges by blending analytics with sustainability and circular economy principles. Students will have hands-on experience working with real-world data. During the course, the students learn to apply statistical methods such as data visualization, time series analysis, forecasting, cluster analysis, regression analysis, data cleaning, data imputation methods, interval estimation, analysis of variance, and statistical process control to environment-related data. The course covers topics related to green businesses, sustainable cities, plastic management, food waste, fashion circularity, climate change, and policies.
