This course is designed to analyze the fundamental behavioral concepts and processes of schools from a multicultural, diversity, and social justice context. Special emphasis is given to planned and evolutionary change and to the implications for leaders in diverse organizational settings. This course will focus on leadership amid the immense complexities of race and social class, institutional politics, and personal philosophy/ideology in school organizations. M
