Prerequisites: Prerequisite: Completion of all other coursework in teacher education, and a passing score on the departmental language proficiency examination.
Description
Full-time, field-based experience for students to hone their teaching skills in local K-12 world language classrooms under the guidance of a university supervisor and an on-site mentor. Students will gain experience planning, instructing, and assessing for diverse learners. The course culminates with the official submission of edTPA (a national standardized teacher performance assessment), which is required for teacher certification. L
