Prerequisites: Prerequisite: SNHP 6000 and consent of faculty advisor.
Description
Note: A minimum of six semester hours must be taken. This course includes individual study of a selected investigation in nutrition, food science or laboratory science under the direction of an approved thesis chair and thesis committee.
