Description
This course will provide a conceptual foundation for spatial thinking and analysis in epidemiology and public health. Students will be able to effectively visualize spatial data, estimate model-based, small-area disease risk maps, conduct spatial autocorrelation, cluster, and exploratory spatial regression analyses and critically evaluate common spatial analytic methods and approaches.
