Entrepreneurship is the driving force of business and continuous value creation. This applied course focuses on the essential skills, strategies and processes necessary for starting, launching, leading, growing, commercializing, scaling and harvesting innovative ventures. The course also addresses the fundamentals of corporate venturing.
