This course examines the contemporary trends and best practices of innovative entrepreneurial movements and consulting in sport management. This course focuses on entrepreneurial opportunities in the sports industry, to include sports franchise, sports agency, and small sports business management professions and programs. The course focuses heavily on business plan, financial, and planning development associated with 21st century entrepreneurial ventures. Students will develop their own entrepreneurial sports plan as a guided research deliverable for this course and utilize best practices in consulting to generate executive level solutions to organizational problems.
