Description
Course Description: This course examines individual and societal reactions to disability and disease and the promotion ofhealth and wellness using an occupational therapy lens. Students critically analyze current theory andresearch to enhance their understanding of the impact of disease and the benefits of promoting healthylifestyles. They evaluate health promotion practice across the lifespan and with various populations tocritique the value of integrating these practices in future careers. M
