Description
This course explores the principles and practices of ethical leadership within the context of social impact. Students will examine leadership theories, organizational structures, and the roles and skills necessary for mezzo and macro practice, with a focus on fostering equitable and inclusive environments. Through case studies, interactive discussions, and organizational assessments, students will develop a deeper understanding of how to lead effectively in nonprofit organizations, social enterprises, and community initiatives. Ethical decision making and justice-centered leadership are central elements of this course.
