PT 6910 - Exercise Physiology

Description
This course provides fundamental knowledge about the adaptability of human physiological systems in meeting a range of exercise demands. Areas covered include energy transfer during rest and exercise, physiologic and performance adaptations, and exercise prescription for health adults. Research evidence regarding how exercise and physical activity impact health and wellness is included. L
