Description
This course focuses on the metabolism of macronutrients and micronutrients, including the regulatory role of vitamins and minerals, from the standpoint of individual systems, namely the gastrointestinal tract, liver, muscle, and adipose tissue. Current research and integrative functioning of macro and micronutrients in the various systems are discussed. L
