OT 8260 - Doctoral Seminar II- Advanced Statistics for Health Professions

Description
The Doctoral Seminar II is the second seminar course in the Doctoral Seminar Series. The Doctoral Seminar II will provide students the skills needed to perform advanced statistical analysis of health-related outcomes data for research and practice. Students will develop knowledge and skills to choose, apply and interpret appropriate quantitative statistics to conduct research in occupational therapy and health-related professions. The course will cover descriptive, correlational, and inferential statistics such as Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), multiple regression modeling, and combining regression and ANOVA (ANCOVA) and non-parametric tests. Students will have hands-on experience utilizing a statistical software program.
