In this required course, we will use a multidimensional approach to conduct an in-depth exploration of trauma and its impact on individuals, families, groups, organizations, and communities. Through this course, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of trauma-informed care and learn how to implement evidence-based strategies to support those affected by trauma. By exploring trauma’s effects on individuals, families, groups, organizations, and communities, you will learn about the interconnectedness of trauma and its effects and how to create inclusive and supportive environments that foster healing, growth, and empowerment.
